Dr Yonggang (Gavin) Han has over 27 years of clinical experience, beginning his medical career in 1995.

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), he continued within academia, gaining his PhD in The Clinical Study of TCM from the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2008.

During his academic career, he published 15 academic papers and 9 medical monographs. Dr Han continues to be a Fellowship member of The Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture UK (ATCM).

During his clinical practice he stood as Medical Director for China Healthcare Group in Dublin, as well as practicing at the renowned Zhai fertility Clinic in Harley Street for over 5 years before setting up his own practice.

Dr Han uses a combined approach in his treatments, incorporating herbal medicine with traditional Chinese medical techniques to maximise results.

"When seeing Dr. Gavin Han the first time, my 3 year old ADHD boy (with slight learning disability at that time) immediately liked him and was willing to take acupuncture on the sculpt without any problem. That surprised all of us. The next day, the frigidity was gone for a whole day and he was focused! We then started the twice a week acupuncture therapy for my son for 6 months. He is now 4, still has very 'strong will' but can sit down, read, write and learn for very long time. His reading and math even outperform most of his peer group at school. You can still see the trace of ADHD in him as he has very funny characters. But school part gets so much better that we finally have a normal life again.
